For Grantees

Congratulations for receiving an Arts Council grant!  The following contains general information about grant requirements.  Detailed requirements are set forth in each grantee’s contract.  For questions about grant requirements, please contact Dara Silver at dsilver@intothearts.org or 336-747-1426.

        1. Review,sign, and return your grant contract to The Arts Council representative.
        2. Review The Arts Council’s Communication Guidelines for Marketing Materials.  This document outlines which logos and credit lines should use per grant.  Any publicity or written material should follow these guidelines.  Copies of all printed material are to be included in your Final Report.
          • All grantees should use The Arts Council logo or crediting language where appropriate.
          • Wells Fargo Arts In Education Grantees, in addition to the AC logo, are also required to credit Wells Fargo and if going into a public school use the Winston-Salem and Forsyth County Schools.  AIE grantees going to a private/charter school do not have to use the WSFCS logo.Download the Wells Fargo Logo and Download WSFCS Logo
          • Innovative Project Grantees must use the AC logo.
          • Duke Energy Regional Artist Project Grantees, in addition to the AC logo, must also include the Duke Energy logo and the North Carolina Arts Council logo.  – Download the Duke Energy Logo and Download the NC Arts Council Logo Zip File.
        3. Review The Arts Council’s Fundraising Policy.
        4. Publicize all grant related events that are open to the public on www.cityofthearts.com.
        5. Assist the Arts Council by participating in the Annual Campaign.
        6. Write or email advocacy letters to City Council and County Commissioners by April 30, 2016 – Download the City/County List
        7. Download and submit your Final Report to the AC representative.
