Sawtooth School for Visual Art
Sawtooth School for Visual Art is looking for an Executive Director. Located in the heart of downtown Winston-Salem, the City of Arts and Innovation, Sawtooth is the NC Triad’s premier community art school. For over 70 years, Sawtooth has taught a broad range of visual art disciplines to generations of adults and children of all ages and skill levels. A partner of the Arts Council of Winston-Salem and Forsyth County, Sawtooth School is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Peppercorn Theatre: Production Manager / Technical Director
The position will work as the Production Manager and Technical Director for Peppercorn Theatre’s production, Lost + Found, opening April 15, 2017. The Production Manager will manage the production designers in costume, lighting, and scenery, and will coordinate and facilitate all production meetings in collaboration with the company directors. The Production Manager will oversee all production spending. They will develop the production calendar with the company directors with a build period in March 2017, and load in beginning March 25. In addition to production management responsibilities, the Production Manager will work as fabricator to build and transport all scenic elements.

Classes Offered to Become a Reynolda House Docent
Reynolda House Museum of American Art will offer an introductory course this spring for anyone interested in giving tours at the museum. “An Introduction to Reynolda for Aspiring Docents” will be offered Tuesdays 3-5:30 p.m. starting Feb. 7 and ending March 21. Designed for lifelong learners wanting to learn about the museum and share it with visitors, this class offers an exhilarating overview of Reynolda’s history and collections.
