The Arts Council of Winston-Salem and Forsyth County Seeks part-time employees for the Milton Rhodes Center for the Arts and Hanesbrands Theatre

The Arts Council of Winston-Salem & Forsyth County is looking for a few part-time employees to complement its current core of dynamic employees in servicing the Milton Rhodes Center and the Hanesbrands Theatre.

The Arts Council of Winston-Salem and Forsyth County Seeks Administrative Assistant to the President and CEO and Board Liaison

This position will provide a variety of complex administrative and logistical support to the President and CEO of The Arts Council (and to select other senior staff of The Arts Council, as requested by the President and CEO), and will serve as liaison between the administrative staff and the Board of Trustees of The Arts Council (the “Board”) and office manager.

Piedmont Opera Seeks Director of Advancement & Community Engagement

The Director of Advancement & Community Engagement, working with the General/Executive Director, plans, manages and executes all aspects of fundraising and cultivation for the Company.  This position will work closely and with great flexibility within a small office staff to achieve the goals of the company.  Presently, Piedmont Opera operates on an annual budget of $1,200,000, with 23% generated by earned income.

This director will also serve as “second in command”, assuming decision-making duties in absence of the General/Executive Director and will frequently be called upon as “host” for events surrounding productions.  This position reports to the General/Executive Director.

This position involves supervising the design, implementation and successful execution of comprehensive, strategic fundraising efforts for Old Salem Museums & Gardens.
