The Arts Council of Winston-Salem and Forsyth County Seeks part-time employees for the Milton Rhodes Center for the Arts and Hanesbrands Theatre

The Arts Council of Winston-Salem & Forsyth County is looking for a few part-time employees to complement its current core of dynamic employees in servicing the Milton Rhodes Center and the Hanesbrands Theatre.

The Arts Council of Winston-Salem and Forsyth County Seeks Administrative Assistant to the President and CEO and Board Liaison

This position will provide a variety of complex administrative and logistical support to the President and CEO of The Arts Council (and to select other senior staff of The Arts Council, as requested by the President and CEO), and will serve as liaison between the administrative staff and the Board of Trustees of The Arts Council (the “Board”) and office manager.

Hispanic League of Winston – Salem seeks Spanish Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Full Time)

The Spanish Bilingual Administrative Assistant is an energetic person with a combination set of skills to handle community event organization and general administration. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who can oversee the detailed data collection, administrative, and special event management work. The candidate needs to be fluent in Spanish and English.  The Administrative Assistant would also assist with preparation for board and committee meetings.  Office and administrative needs; organization of events; manage contacts/sponsors with businesses and organizations for memberships, communication with scholars, and duties associated with committee meetings.

Winston-Salem Symphony Seeks Manager of Philanthropy and Patron Engagement (Full Time)

The Manager of Philanthropy & Patron Engagement is responsible for annual contributed revenue goals from individuals, foundations and government agencies. This includes the identification, cultivation and solicitation of new donors and the stewardship of existing donors in order to reach or exceed the Crescendo Campaign (annual fund) goal. The Manager of Philanthropy & Patron Engagement is also responsible for researching, writing and submitting grants to meet or exceed budgeted goals and for managing patron cultivation and fundraising events.

As an integral member of the Patron Engagement team, the Manager of Philanthropy & Patron Engagement is primarily responsible for supporting fundraising administration activities under the supervision of the Chief Philanthropy & Patron Engagement Officer. He/she works closely with other patron team members, especially Ticket Sales & Donor Administration Manager; foundation and other funding source representatives; and select telefunding, mail house, design, print and other vendors.
