Arts Council Names Eurikca Felipe Eustache as Director of Development 

Felipe Eustache to support individual and corporate fundraising efforts 



Arts Council of Winston-Salem & Forsyth County has named Eurikca Felipe Eustache as its new Director of Development. Felipe Eustache began her duties on January 2, 2025, bringing with her six years of client development experience from Inmar Intelligence, Inc. In her new role, Felipe Eustache will be responsible for fundraising and development activities to build and advance Arts Council’s visibility, relevance, impact, and financial resources.  

  

Felipe Eustache holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and has a diverse background in marketing and merchandising, having worked at Hanesbrands, Inc. in Winston-Salem and Belk, Inc. in Charlotte. She also has previous experience in the buying offices of Macys.com and Saks.com in New York City. 

  

Originally from New Bern, North Carolina and Brooklyn, New York, Felipe Eustache is an active member of her community, volunteering with her church, sorority, and Jack and Jill of America, Inc., a national organization focused on community enrichment and philanthropy. Her hobbies include traveling, dining at local restaurants, and creating fond memories with her children. In 2023, she was named the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County School’s Judy Mountjoy Volunteer of the Year. She is thrilled about the opportunity to be part of the vibrant arts community in Winston-Salem and Forsyth County. 

 

Arts Council of Winston-Salem & Forsyth County is the leading advocate of arts in our region and seeks to enhance and support the local artistic and cultural landscape. Established in 1949 as the first arts council in the nation, the pioneering organization is celebrating its 75th anniversary in 2024. Arts Council owns and operates a campus which includes Milton Rhodes Center for the Arts and Hanesbrands Theatre. In 2024, it hosted more than 360 on-campus events with 66,000 attendees and in FY24 distributed over $1.4 million in grants and programs, benefiting over 800,000 people.
